    Yes. All workers from Contractors Employment Services go through a thorough screening process, including pre-employment drug screens, background checks & skill assessments. Your company can request specific additional screening & reference verifications.

    If you're not satisfied with a worker provided by Contractors Employment Services, let us know within the first few hours of the shift. We’ll replace them as soon as possible & offer you a 3-hour credit.

    Absolutely. All employees of Contractors Employment Services are fully covered by workers’ compensation while on assignment.

    No, we do not charge monthly/annual account fees. We invoice our hourly rates every 2 weeks or once the employee arrives on site, depending on the terms of your agreement.

    Some positions offered by Contractors Employment Services are long-term & some are short-term, while others may vary by project. You get to choose! We’ll always communicate what to expect before each assignment.

  • 17. Can this job lead to full-time employment?

    Yes! Many job placements through Contractors Employment Services are temp-to-hire, giving you the opportunity to earn a permanent position based on performance and client needs.

  • 18. What do I need to bring when I apply?

    Bring one valid government photo ID AND one US passport, birth certificate, OR SS card. Any trade certifications and your work history, and be ready to discuss your availability and experience. For most assignments, sturdy work boots, basic hand tools (or more if higher skilled), and reliable transportation are required. We provide P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment). Questions?
